I pretty much follow and preach Precision Nutrition Guidelines when it comes to nutrition. One of my biggest challenges when it came to preparing for fitness competitions was the food. I love to eat and I want my food to be delicious. I also don’t agree with restricting yourself to only a few choices of food like boiled chicken and sweet potatoes. The body and mind need variety and nutrients!  That’s when I decided to do my own research and educate myself on nutrition.
