Sometimes oats and egg whites just don’t cut it. These PrOATein pancakes usually solve that for me but once in a while I just want some good old bread. Nothing wrong with that as long as you are adjusting your portion size accordingly. If you are on a specific meal plan you can easily make this fit.
Since I’m celiac I use gluten free bread but you don’t have too. Ideally choose a whole grain sprouted bread. I used Silver Mills Organic Gluten Free in this photo and I usually use Ezekiel Multigrain for my hubby.
