Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles

1/2 cup quinoa flakes
3/4 cup egg whites
3 T pumpkin puree
1/2 T psyllium husk
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
pinch of baking powder (optional)
pinch of sea salt (optional)

Blend together and cook on waffle grill
Makes approx two waffles
