Protein Waffles

Waffles are awesome all the time and I have a few variations I like to make. This particular recipe is showtime prep approved. (I will post the others in a few weeks when I start making them again).

1 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup Genuine Health Vegans+ vanilla protein
1 & 1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T coconut flour
1T milled flax seed
1T psyllium husk
alcohol free vanilla (powder)
1/4 tsp Stevia
1 tsp cinammon ( or to taste)

Blend together in your blender and cook on your waffle maker.
Makes about 5 waffles.

I like to cut them in 4 and freeze them. Then just pop them in the toaster to warm them up.
Nice and crispy. Mmmm.
