Chocolate Coconut Protein Truffles

2 scoops of Genuine Health Proteins+ in chocolate ( or other whey protein)
2 T  coconut flour
1 T unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp raw cacao powder
5-10 drops of stevia
1 T coconut oil melted
1/4 cup low fat coconut milk ( unsweetened from carton)
1 T raw cacoa nibs

Mix together until paste like texture. Roll into balls and refrigerated for at least 30 min. Then dust or roll with 1T Raw cacao powder.
