1/2 cup Genuine Health Protein Powder in chocolate
1/2 cup Genuine Health Vegans Protein+ in vanilla
2T coconut flour
1T hemp hearts
2tsp raw cacao powder
2 packets of vanilla stevia (or you could use 1/4 tsp or reg stevia)
2T melted coconut oil
1T almond butter
3T-6T unsweetened almond milk (until consistency of batter in roll-able)
Mix dry ingredients together then add in coconut oil and almond butter using a spatula to blend. Then slowly add almond milk until consistency is like stiff cookie dough that you can roll into balls.
*Optional* dust with raw cacao powder if you like
Put in the fridge to harden.
