Chocolate Protein Pudding

You will never guess what’s in here. You can’t even taste it. This awesome treat is made with avocados and my version here has added protein!  This is a great way to get some added health fats into your diet and crush those chocolate cravings.  Full of antioxidants too.

Ingredients

2 very ripe avocados
1 scoop chocolate protein ( I like Genuine Health Proteins+)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T raw cacao powder
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp raw stevia powder (or 2 packets of vanilla stevia powder or 25 drops of vanilla stevia liquid) ( or 1 T raw honey if you are ok with sugar)
*2 T unsweetened almond milk (optional. Makes it less thick if using a magic bullet to blend)

Directions

Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. You can use a blender/magic bullet too but you may need to add some liquid like almond milk or water to get it moving. The consistency will be a little thinner. Put it in the fridge to chill for at least 30 min before eating.

This is pretty calorie dense so remember to keep the servings to 1/2 cup or less depending on your nutritional needs
