‘Nutella’ Protein Pudding

OMG this is sooo good! Great for before bed or a late night snack. Perfect for those sweet cravings.

  • Cottage cheese ( I used Nordica 1%)
  • 15 hazelnuts
  • Stevia to taste. About 6 drops or 2 packets
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder ( I use Genuine Health)

Add hazelnuts to your magic bullet and using the grinding blade, grind fine. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth. That’s it. Enjoy!!
