Pumpkin Chai Protein Truffles

Ingredients

1/2 cup Genuine Health Vegans+ vanilla protein ( or brown rice protein)
2 T coconut flour
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1T coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup  brewed and cooled chai tea (or almond milk)
1tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/8 tsp allspice
20 drops liquid stevia ( or 1/4 tsp stevia powder or other sweetener more or less to taste)

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients and then add pumpkin, tea/almond milk, coconut oil and liquid stevia.  Mix with a spatula until paste like consistency. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30min. Remove and roll in cinnamon and unsweetened coconut or crushed pecans.
