Raw Cacao Protein Truffles

1/2 cup Genuine Health Vegans+ Protein Powder in vanilla
1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate whey protein ( I use Genuine Health Proteins+)
2T coconut flour
1.5T raw cacao powder + a little more for dusting
1/2 tsp stevia
cinnamon to taste (optional)
2T melted coconut oil
3T unsweetened almond milk
1T raw cacao nibs

Mix together and roll into balls. Put in the fridge to firm up (about 30 min)  and then dust with cacao powder.
Mmm Decadent!
