Tangy Tahini Dressing

I love a tangy dressing. This is a thick and creamy dressing, great for hearty salads. If this is it too tart for you increase the oil a little to your taste. If too thick add a little water as needed.


  • 40g tahini
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 40ml applecider vinegar
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 1-2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 15g dijon mustard
  • 5g nutritional yeast (you could omit)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Blend all in a small container hand blender ( I used my magic bullet). Store in the fridge.
