Thai style shrimp


30 nitrate free raw shelled shrimp
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 small zucchini
1/2 red pepper
1 onion
1/4 cup edamame
2 garlic cloves
1 T coconut oil
Juice of 1 lime
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp of chili flakes
1tsp sesame seeds
1 T grated ginger
1/4 cup Bragg liquid aminos
1/3 package of brown rice vermicelli
2 T cilantro


Rinse shrimp and toss with garlic powder, sesame seeds and chili flakes. Set aside.

Bring 3 cups of water to boil, cook vermicelli as per instructions.
Saute onions and veggies in 1 T coconut oil until soft. Add garlic, ginger and shrimp. Add Bragg, lime juice and cooked vermicelli.

Serve with lime wedge and cilantro.
