Turkey/Chicken Meatloaf

I make this fairly often and it’s always different. There are so many great additions and combination of flavors you can use to keep it interesting.


2lbs extra lean ground chicken or turkey
1/2 cup red pepper diced
1 onion diced
1 egg + 2 egg whites
1T psyllium husk
.5 T ground flax seed
2tsp tomato paste
1tsp dried parsley
1 clove crushed garlic
dash GF Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/3 cup sugar free tomato sauce ( add a dash of Worcestershire to this too)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper


preheat oven  to 350F.
mix all in large bowl and pat into 9x11in pan or two loaf pans. Spread layer of tomato sauce mixed with Worcestershire over top and about 45 min until done.
